Following the 15 questions, a report will be sent to you via e-mail. Do we have the know-how to use them? Do we understand them? If not, do we have the resources to hire a data analyst to do this?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Experienta_utilizatorilor\"><\/span>User experience<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do we show all users the same thing on the website or do we use a more advanced segmentation depending on behavior, geographic area, CLV (customer lifetime value) and so on? How much do we use predictive analysis when developing product recommendation modules? How personalized are the advertising materials we use or the promotions we display to users?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-dfebb5740e82e898f2ffa68c6ab72b92 translation-block\">We are sure this is not the first time you have encountered these questions, but we encourage you to go through the assessment because it provides the direction we should be heading in transforming our digital business.
